Astra Solutions is now seeking an HRIS Consultant III for our client in Tulsa, OK. Qualified candidates will be contacted within 24 hours. This is a contract position and pays between 45-55 hour. 

Learning Management System administrator and liaison between Human Resources, Knowledge Management team, IT, and system vendors to insure all learning needs are met within the HR Systems solution. This position is responsible for support and administration of the Learning Management System, as well as supplemental support of the HRMS solution. 
• Serve as Enterprise Admin for the Learning Management System including responsibilities for setup, maintenance, security and configuration, and issue resolution 
• Perform other administrative and configuration tasks within the HRIS environment, such as report writing, security, and business processes. 
• Consult with other areas of organization to research and recommend system solutions and improvements to learning processes 
• Provide training as necessary to training coordinators and administrators 
• Serve on various committees governing aspects of learning system 
• Act as Learning Management System support for HR end users and training coordinators 
• Developing reports to meet company and regulatory requirements 
• Coordinate system upgrades including user acceptance testing and new functionality testing 
• Troubleshooting and resolution of issues with vendor developed courses, working with users and vendors 
• Maintaining process documentation 
• Provide functional support and application support/maintenance to HR as needed, in production and QA environments by trouble shooting issues, proposing solutions and implementing/deploying fixes 
• Convert in-house developed content to Learning Management System compliant formats using content creation tools. (occasionally) 
• Serve as backup for other supported areas, such as HR and Benefits processing 
• Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems or similar systems 
• 3-5 years experience supporting and enterprise Human Resources management system. 
• Experience consulting with and serving a distributed customer base, including some process design 
• Reporting and analytical skills and tools including Excel and other reporting tools. 
• Performing requirements gathering and formatting requirements for IT 
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills 
• Able to manage ambiguity and prioritize issues appropriately 
• Knowledge of SCORM and AICC standards and course content creation 
• Experience with HRMS software support 
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3-5 years functional experience in a HRMS and LMS software solution (5-10 years preferred)
